What Information Do We Collect?
Fantourage's goal is to provide
you with the information and products and services that are most relevant
to you. To achieve this goal, we collect two types of information from
you when you visit our Site: personally identifiable information you
voluntarily choose to disclose and "aggregate information" about
your use of our Site that is automatically collected when you visit
our Site.
Personal Information You Choose to Provide
Personally identifiable information refers to information that tells
us specifically who you are. We collect personal information from you
when you voluntarily choose to provide it. In this connection,
you may be asked to provide information such as your name, mailing and
current email address, your gender, and any other personal or preference
information that you provide to us. We may ask you to confirm your personal
information when you contact our Customer Service department. This will
allow us to protect your confidentiality by verifying your identity.
Further, if you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain
the content of your email messages together with your email address
and our responses.
We also collect personal information
based on the type of activity you are performing on the Site. If you become a registered member, when you log in and access your personal
Fantourage account, we will ask you to provide your username and password
so that we can verify your identity. Similarly, when you organize
or share your User Content (as defined in Fantourage's Terms of Service)
on the Site with others, we may ask for their email addresses. If you
make a purchase from Fantourage, we will ask you to provide shipping
and billing information so that we can fulfill your order.
When you use certain features of Fantourage, you may set up your personal profile, send messages, perform searches, form groups, and transmit information through various channels. We collect this information so that we can provide you the service and offer personalized features. In most cases, we retain this information so that, for instance, you can return to view prior messages you have sent or easily see members of your groups. By providing us with your personal information, you expressly grant Fantourage and all other persons or entities involved in the operations of site the right to transmit, monitor, retrieve, store, and use your information in connection with the operation of the site.

and services to our customers and prospective customers. Occasionally,
we also may use the information we collect to notify you about important
changes to our Site, new services, and special offers we think you will

to share your pages and information. If you share any information with
select users or on any public area on Fantourage (by commenting, posting,
etc.), that information is not protected by this Privacy Policy and
any such postings may be seen by third parties not related to or controlled
by Fantourage. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that
User Content you post on the Site will not be viewed, circulated, or
used by unauthorized persons. We are not responsible for circumvention
of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site.
You understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of User
Content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other
Users have copied or stored your User Content.
Aggregate Information
Aggregate information refers to information your computer automatically provides to us and that is not tied back to you as a specific individual. Examples include referral data (the web sites you visited just before and just after our site), the pages viewed, time spent at our Site, and IP (Internet Protocol) addresses. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you surf the Internet. When you request a page from our Site, our servers log your IP address to create aggregate reports on user demographics and traffic patterns for advertisers and partners, and for purposes of system administration. We use this aggregated information to determine consumer trends and needs, which allows both Fantourage and our partners to advertise more effectively, and allows you to receive advertisements that are less duplicative and more relevant to your interests.
Log Files
Fantourage uses IP addresses
to analyze trends, administer the site, track users' movements, and
gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. We do not link
your IP address to other personally identifiable information about you.
Cookies
Our Site uses a feature of
your browser to set a "cookie" on your computer. Cookies are small
packets of information that a web site's computer stores on your computer.
Fantourage's Site can then read the cookies whenever you visit our
site. We use cookies in a number of ways, such as to save your
password so you don't have to re-enter it each time you visit our
site, to deliver content specific to your interests, to track the pages
you've visited and to make sure you don't see the same ads repeatedly.
These cookies allow us to use the information we collect to customize
your Fantourage experience so that your visit to our Site is as relevant
and as valuable to you as possible.
Most browser software can be
set up to deal with cookies. You may modify your browser preference
to provide you with choices relating to cookies. You have the choice
to accept all cookies, to be notified when a cookie is set or to reject
all cookies. If you choose to reject cookies, certain of the functions
and conveniences of our Site may not work properly, and you may be unable
to use those Fantourage services that require registration in order
to participate, or you will have to re-register each time you visit
our site. Most browsers offer instructions on how to reset the
browser to reject cookies in the "Help" section of the toolbar. We do not link non-personal information from cookies to personally identifiable
information without your permission.
Web Beacons
Fantourage may use web beacons
to collect non-personal information about your use of our Site and the
web sites of selected sponsors and advertisers, and your use of special
promotions or features. The information collected by web beacons
allows us to statistically monitor how many people are using our Site
and selected sponsors' and advertisers' sites; how many people open
our emails; and for what purposes these actions are being taken. Our web beacons are not used to track your activity outside of our Site
or those of our sponsors. Fantourage does not link non-personal
information from web beacons to personally identifiable information
without your permission.
Information Collected In Ad Delivery
We may use a third-party advertising
company to serve ads to you when
you visit our Site. This company may use information (not including
your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visit
to our site in order to provide advertisements about goods and services
that may be of interest to you. In the course of serving advertisements
to this site, our third-party advertiser may place or recognize a unique
"cookie" on your browser. Fantourage does not have access
to or control of the cookies that may be placed by third-party advertisers.
Controlling the Use of Your
Information
You may review, correct, update,
change or delete personal information you have submitted at any time
by accessing your personal profile on our Site. By default, all of your
User Content, including profile, photos, images, and text, are public
and can be seen by anyone. If you share your User Content with only
select people, they may be able to share your content with third parties. Where you make use of the communication features of Fantourage's Site
to share information with others, such as sending a personal message
to another Fantourage user, you generally cannot delete such communications.
Links to Other Web Sites
Fantourage's Site contains
links to advertiser and partner websites. We cannot be responsible for
the privacy practices or the content of these third-party web sites,
and we do not control the practices of any of our advertisers or partners
to whom we are linked. Please note that we provide these links
to you only as a convenience, and our inclusion of any link does not
imply that Fantourage endorses the site. Please read over the rules
and policies of these linked sites before proceeding. If you have additional
questions about how one of our advertisers, partners, or sponsors use
information about you, we urge you to contact them directly.
Terms of
Service, Notification of Changes, and Revisions.

any disputes arising from it, is subject to this Privacy Policy as well
as our Terms of Service and all of its dispute resolution provisions
including limitation on damages and choice of law. We reserve the right
to change our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service at any time. If
we make changes, we will post them and will indicate at the top of this
page the policy's new effective date. If we make material changes
to this policy, we will notify you here, by email, or through notice
on our home page. We encourage you to refer to this policy on an ongoing
basis so that you understand our current privacy policy. Unless stated
otherwise, our current privacy policy applies to all information that
we have about you and your account.

to protect our users' information by utilizing advanced security measures
designed to maintain data security and integrity. When you submit sensitive

that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). However,
no system is 100% secure, and you should use caution whenever submitting
important information over the Internet, whether to our Site or to any
other. Fantourage assumes no liability for the interception, alteration,
or misuse of the information you provide. You alone are responsible
for maintaining the secrecy of your personal information.
