Morning all! I sat last night and made 100+ Ilex berries and 100+ Snow berries; to say I was glad to complete them would be an understatement, well, still got to colour them but they are made. Next on my list tomorrow is amaryllis and maybe some ivy and ivy berries, see how far I get! Happy Wednesday!

Morning my loves. I have a pecan pie and a pumpkin pie in the ovens as we speak. I am on my way! Hope you all have a fun day baking and caking and have a marvelous Thanksgiving. Hubby and I alone yet another holiday....none of the family has money to travel so it will be phone calls and love over the lines again.

Aww Sally that is so hard when the ones you love are so far away! Thank God for modern technology!!

It's tough. I wish I were going to be spending Thanksgiving with my folks and sisters but I'll have to settle for some texts and phone calls too. My happy thought for tomorrow is maybe this will be the last year I have to celebrate the holidays away from them. Hope you have a lovely day today and tomorrow!

that is always a relief when you get good news! i love fall baking last week i made spice cake cup cakes with a pumpkin mousse filling with buttercream frosting and carrot cake cup cakes with a pineapple filling and white chocolate cream cheese icing and my house smelled wonderful!

It is a wonderful Monday and my goal is to clean and re-organize my cake/laundry room and paint the walls in there this week. as well as pick my grapes and make jelly and get ready to work and teach my designer cookie class. Lots to do so i better get busy! have a good one!!

I am getting back to normal slowly; I should be ok around mid-week! I am still buzzing yes! One day it has definitely given me inspiration and confidence to push myself; would love to enter the professional division one day, maybe when I move over and live closer to transport a cake there!
