He did Black, Violet & White at a recording studio in my home town, so he was in the area for like 3 weeks in December. He had just done a few other house shows during his cross-country Colors trip, so I just asked him if he'd be up for doing one more and he said yes. One of the coolest nights of my life =)

The setup was perfect. One of my friends just set his flip camera on a pedestal and recorded on and off through the night. I ended up with like an hour and a half of footage, including all 8 songs he played, and a ton of inane banter (which is really what made up the bulk of the night. The songs themselves ended up being almost like an afterthought).
