Good Morning Cake Junkies, it is a new day and I have a bathroom wall with multiple colors (one is too pinkish, yellowish, orangish). I am so glad Behr has samples. I never thought I would ever go with blue in my bathroom, but I found this greyish blue that might work. I have been painting a piece of drywall in the garage also to see how the colors will look with the tiles. Somehow that blue screams pick me. Remember to smile it makes us happy.

Morning all! Happy Monday and I pray all our friends out there are safe this morning after all the storms. Happy to report Sissy is getting better day by day. My vet called a specialist this morning as we were having some issues with the meds. He told us what to do so I am feeling much better about it all.

Evening all! This week has been like a whirlwind; London trip was a great success and the students had a blast! But, I was glad to get home and into my own bed last night. Carla we made it!!! Today was the last day of TX boot camp. I'm not overly keen on this picture (I don't like my pic taken), it was taken after this mornings class. We ran "trains" with the medicine ball, TWICE! Needless to say I could hardly stand up for this picture. Great 4 weeks though! Heading to the dr's to have my foot seen to shortly. Morning all. Got some sleep last night. Sissy had three seizures but they are getting milder each time. I'm hoping the increased meds are starting to kick in. Maybe I can breathe a sigh of relief. I fret over my babies as you all can tell. Anyway...hope you have a great weekend. Spread some love!!

So healing well here I think. I DON'T LIKE narcotics at all. They are taking forever to leave my system! I feel like I have this little motor running inside me, I'm dizzy & a little nauseous. I'm hopping around with the crutches quite well (with all last years practice!) We go camping this weekend ...that should be hilarious!Badages do not come off till next Wednesday. So as the foot heals I'll have to start thinking about the carpal tunnel surgery DOH! Does it ever end! All the while trying to make a living L

Good Morning Everyone, it is a beautiful sunny morning, just wants to make me smile. Today I have a few cakes to bake and one to decorate for a 16th birthday. Mom wanted all these things on the cake, when I gave her the quote she just looked at me. I explained we all know a can of oil costs $$ but an oil change costs $$, it is all about the labor that goes into the design. She still wants the cake, just much more toned down. Boy today my friends I need your prayers. I have been up all night trying to tend to my precious little Brussels Griffon. She is very tiny (8lbs) and has epilepsy. It is normally controlled with phenobarbytal. Last evening about 5:00 she started having seizures and they wouldn't stop. The nearest emergency clinic is nearly two hours away. My vet had me giving her vallium to sedate her. She had ten or eleven seizures before morning.
